BID NOTICE TO AWARENESS AGENTS AND VALUE PARTNERS ON THE LEADERSHIP4LEADERSHIP ECOMMERCE PROGRAMME
This is to notify all participants that the Foundation has on behalf of Awareness Agents and Value Partners secured an off-take contract for SetUp Boxes (Decoders) from Gospel Digital Technologies Ltd.
These decoders will be sold to existing secondary off-takers of Gospel Digital Technologies at a price above the off-take sum.
Any participant interested in participating in the contract can complete and submit his/her bid through the Agents bidding portal @ www.lawquestfoundation.org before 4pm Thursday 27th May, 2021.

Transaction Price: N3,766 per lot
Transaction Cost: N3,166 per lot
Administrative fee: N100 per lot
Profit: N600 per lot
Transaction cycle: 14 days
Successful bids shall only be published on the transaction platform.
All successful bidders shall be required to pay the transaction cost of N3,166 and administrative fee of N100 for each lot to the specified account within two days of notification.
Payment of transaction price shall be made on the 14th day from the last day specified for receipt of transaction cost and administrative fee.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
• Must be up-to-date with registration
• Must have introduced a minimum of 2 new Awareness Agents or value partners on the Leadership 4 Leadership awareness platform within 30days before the last day of submission of this bid.
CRITERIA FOR ALLOCATION OF LOTS
• Number of awareness Agents Introduced.
• Number of value partners introduced.
• Number of vouchers sold under the programme
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Where a successful bidder fails to pay the transaction cost and administrative fee within the given period, he/she shall lose the lot(s) given and shall pay a penalty equivalent to 10% of profit he or she will earn from a subsequent transaction.
• A participant is allowed to bid as many times as he/she wishes but the number of lots approved shall be determined by the bid management team
