BID NOTICE TO FARM TO HOME AGENTS AND VALUE PARTNERS
This is to notify all participants that the Foundation has on behalf of Farm to Home Agents and value partners secured an off take of several bottles of groundnut on the hectare by hectare value chain at a fixed cost.
The groundnut will be sold to existing secondary off-takers at a price above the fixed cost. Any Farm to Home Agent who is desirous of participating can complete and submit his/her bid through the Agents bidding portal @ www.hectarebyhectare.com.ng before 4pm on Thursday the 27th May, 2021.

Quantity per lot: 10 bottles
Transaction price: N6,500 per lot
Transaction cost: N5,700 per lot
Transaction deposit: N2000 per lot
Administrative fee per Lot: ₦100 per lot
Profit N800 per lot
Transaction cycle: 14 days
• All successful bidders shall be required to pay the transaction deposit of N2000 and administrative fee of N100for each lot to the specified account within two days of notification.
• Payment of transaction deposit and profit to successful bidders shall be made on the 14th day from the last day provided for payment of transaction deposit and administrative fee
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
• Must be up-to-date with registration
• Must have introduced a minimum of 2 new Farm to Home Agents on the Hectare by Hectare awareness
platform within 30days before the last day of submission of this bid.
CRITERIA FOR ALLOCATION OF LOTS
• Number of Farm to Home Agents Introduced.
• Number of value partners introduced.
• Number of vouchers sold under the programme
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Where a successful bidder fails to pay the transaction deposit and administrative fee within the given period, he/she shall lose the lot(s) given and shall pay a penalty equivalent to 10% of profit he or she will earn from a subsequent transaction.
• A participant is allowed to bid as many times as he/she wishes but the number of lots approved shall be
determined by the bid management team.
