Adasomi Development Company under the Hectare by Hectare Programme seeks suitable applicants in various states for the positions below:

POSITION: LIAISON OFFICER

LOCATION:  FCT, Lagos Edo, Akwa-Ibom, Benue, Plateau, Delta, Kogi, Enugu, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Cross River, Rivers, Oyo, Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Bayelsa , Kaduna, Nassarawa, Kano, kebbi, Kwara, Niger, Bauchi.

JOB ROLE:                              

  • Provision of all necessary liaison services/technical support for the programme within the territory
  • Sourcing and securing attractive and productive partnership with willing and able franchisee.
  • Training the staff of the Franchisee and State Coordinator on the programme in collaboration with the
  • Introduction and training of other stakeholders in collaboration with Franchisee.
  • Build positive relationship through active liaison with programme team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and nurture a network business partnership.
  • Coordinate the effort of identified project partners in providing support and advisory services.
  • Promotion of all ADCL products and services within the territory
  • Conducting of awareness seminars on the programme within the territory in collaboration with the Franchisee
  • Registrations of produce aggregators, produce, and control within the territory.
  • Monitor progress of project activities, identify successes and constraints of implementation and prepare progress reports.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Have hands on experience in business management.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability in organizing and coordinating training programmes and activities.
  • Possess basic IT skills
  • Show ability and strong experience in the development and actualization of business plans.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONOND or its Equivalent


POSITION: SUB-AGGREGATOR

LOCATION: FCT, Lagos Edo, Akwa-Ibom, Benue, Plateau, Delta, Kogi, Enugu, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Cross River, Rivers, Oyo, Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Bayelsa , Kaduna, Nassarawa, Kano, kebbi, Kwara, Niger, Bauchi.

JOB ROLE:

  • Sourcing for premium discount off-take contracts.
  • Introducing farm to home agent within your territory
  • Establishing and managing hectare by hectare cooperative groups within your territory
  • Supervision of community services
  • Organizing awareness seminars for newly registered farm to home agents
  • Distribution and sales of goods and services under the Hectare by Hectare programme.

COMPETENCIES

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit good network and partnership skills with prospective stakeholders
  • Have experience with working with youth and should be able to expose them to various investment opportunities through the programme
  • Have good understanding of marketing languages and strategies in agribusiness.
  • Show ability for efficient and harmonious team leadership.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: OND or its Equivalent


POSITION: TECHNICAL OFFICER

LOCATION: FCT

JOB ROLE

  • Providing intermediary support services to relevant consultants and stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain an updated data base of stakeholders, and provide reports as at when due.
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the need of the programme
  • Promote product and services for the company.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and main relationship.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work well and lead a team.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
  • Source and record technical data relevant to the project schemes.
  • Prepare data analysis reports using charts or graphs to visualize results and project schemes summaries.
  • Scheduling events, trainings and membership in correspondence with management and other stakeholders.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

BSc/HND in Agriculture/Agribusiness or related discipline with 2 years experience.
